WHAT IS PROCEDURE TO ACQUIRE CO- OWNERSHIP FOR AGRICULTURE LAND

CAN a joint tenancy is applicable for agriculture land -- when i went to kurnool area sub registar office they rejected as their is no joint tenancy for agriculture land --- RELIGION HINDU
As you have already clarified regarding your question from the registrar office it self and they are denying it then the only option you have is to file a Right To Information and get to know your answer whether you can have joint tenancy or not.
