Hi
If your grand father has written a will in favour of your father, then the property will belong to your father.
Since your grand father did not write the entire share of properties of ancestral properties in favour of your father, it should be so presumed that he gave his share of ancestral properties to your father.
moreover if at all your aunties wanted to challenge the will they should have challenged the will in the year 2008. Now that it is more than 11 years since your grand father died, your aunties will be restricted by Law of limitation. So the property vested with your father through a will shall be the absolute property of your father.
hope this helps.
No worries.

HI,
your four aunties have also equal rights in the property of their father.
more over the property is ancestral in nature your grandfather can not transfer the
rights of the property by way of will.
your grandfather died in the year 2005 after that only will comes into the picture.
you settle amicably with your aunties.
