what is legal procedure for Relinquish deed by NRI?

My brother and sister, both NRIs want to give relinquish deed in my favor for our inherited property. As they are NRIs, how the deeds can be registered in India. Thereafter what procedure I will have to follow to become sole owner.
Hello, power of attorney through embassy, then you can register the relinquish deed. To registered the deed 1. Draft according to your requirement, draft should be prepared by lawyer or legal expert. 2. To register the deed take a date from registrar office. 3.witness 4. Collect after 1 week.
