What happens after land aquisition notice is received

I have my own property in Delhi. Govt has issued gazetted notification for land aquistion and high court is also not accepting our case files.Our RWA has told us.What legal action can we take now.we have a GPA property.all residents are tensed. We have been issued with notice. So what after this. What should we do?
engage a lawyer and file a writ petition challenging the said order passed by govt. for land acquisition.. .
