I have booked a flat in bhiwadi and am about to get possession. What are the things to be kept in mind before accepting possession. The builder name is TERRA ELEGANCE and the project is located in bhiwadi
In this case you can go through the terms of the agreement which you signed during the payment for the property. You can also see whether all the promised work in the flat is done or not. Along with this you also take a NOC from the company for further payments and demands.
