What are the rights of children in fathers property

09-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
How children(daughter/son) can claim grandfather's property and if grandfather transfers the property into father's name, how children can get their share. What are the rights of children(daughter/son) and mother on father's properties and how to claim it. Can father sell or transfer the properties to others as he owns them(including ancestral property) and what can the mother and children do about that.

Children can claim grand father's property.you have to put on partition suit in civil court, through this case you can partition your's father's property and your mother's also.no father did not sell the ancestral property without knowledge of you if your father take this step then you can file civil suit against your father.
