sir, when GPA is irrevocable. If the property is self acquired property and such GPA is executed for performing on his/her behalf as per registration act and then the said GPA holder has executed the relinquish deed to some persons as per the recital of GPA, then such execution will become valid in law. If the property is ancestral one and all the legal heirs have not been executed the same, then, they can seek cancellation of such deed. IF you bring documents to me i can advise rightly. If the gpa is valid as per existing condition as on the date of execution of GPA and the GPA holder has utilised the same during the life time of executant, then it is valid. After the death of executent has been used the GPA is not valid, even there is irrevocable condtion.
