Registration of will is not required according to legal provisions.if you have doubt over genuinneness of will than file a civil suit for cancellation of will.you will not get your mothers property which devolves through her father as a right.

You are entitled of 1/2 share of your mother's property....unregistered will doesn't create any right in any property... If you think, will in fervour of your brother is Froude than you can register a criminal case against him.

Dear Madam Kamla Sharma

You can challange the will and all the mutations and transfers in name of you brother or any one else.
Apart from your share in property, you can claim all the expenditure incurred by you to maintain your mother.
Please feel free to meet to me personally with all the documents with you.
