What are the options left when the rent agreement has been executed

21-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I paid amnt to property dealer & landlord(onlinetransfer)on 13th& rest all on 14July. Before making the payment I asked 4 rent agreement 4m property dealer. But he forced to clear the payment; he made several phone calls asking 2 make payment. In rent agreement I saw attested stamp of Notary dated 14 July. 19 Jul he provided rent agreement,I have not signed yet. I was not informed about below clause of locking period earlier. Locking period as 9 Mnth, Security will be forfeited if i leave the house".I asked dealer to remove this clause but he said to talk to owner.owner is not agreeing upon removing this clause but reduced to 6 mnts. There is another clause which I am okay with "In case of the First party wants to get the premises vacated or the second party wants to vacate the premises at own b4 the expiry period, one month notice will be served by the either party".Please suggest what action I can take or options I have? If I sign the agreement but b4 6 mnths then?

Do not sign any agreement with the owner and you can stay without agreement till all your payment and damages are claimed from the owner and dealer. You need not worry as both of them have to agree with your clause.
