Dear sir mere Dada ke uncle ne 1987 me ek 10 rupaye ke stamp paper pe will banaya tha iska 2 no witness abhi jinda he humne kabhi probet nahi manga gar samjote se agricultural land ka upayog karate He land pe kabza bhi will ke anushar HI he par aj hamare ek chacha ki niyat me kharabi he To hum iske adhar pe court se probet mang shakte he will jisne ki thi Us Dadaji ko mare aj 20 sal ho gaye par ek witness and jisne Dada ne jese likhaya tha woh likha ne vala abhi jinda he
Your will is valid. You can apply for probate in proper court of law. what ever is done is done but since there is no other person to object till date, you are likely to get a clean chit. Land par kabza hon zaroori hai.

Hi,
As you are saying that the land was distributed according to the will and you are having possession of that land , please see the revenue record and make the necessary changes if any .
The Patwari would have entered in the revenue record that the land is under your control and you are doing farming on that land as girdawari is done by patwari twice every year . it can be used as supporting evidence to your claim in court.
