MY SISTER LIVING SEPARATED WITH HER HUSBAND.SHE IS HAVING DAUGHTER OF 2 YEAR.DOES HER DAUGHTER HOLD RIGHT IN HER FATHER ANCESTRAL PROPERTY AFTER DIVORCE....?
It will depend upon terms of Divorce only. If the divorce petition contain compensation or alimony to maintain the daughter after divorce then the daughter is not entitled to any share in the property of the father.
