What are the charges to get chain title deeds of 2002-2014

Sir , i reside in lucknow. i have a plot on which i want to construct a house , lending loan from LICHFL, now i require 12 year record of ownership of land or baarah-saala, or 12 saala or you can say a record of 12 year of ownership of land.i purchased the plot on year 2014 and i require a chain of title deeds, in between the period of 2002-2014. from where or from which department , i can get the chain of title deeds of period 2002-2012 of my plot at lucknow, 226016 , u.p. and what is the fees to get these documents.
You can get these details from the office of sub registrar Lucknow upon payment of appropriate fees. You may also get it done by a professional. Through our firm we charge 5500 hundred rupees for search and 12 sala further 1000/- rupees per chain deed (certified copy )
