what are my rights over my parents self acquired property

27-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My parents have self acquired property in the name of my mother. They have isolated me by giving legal notice in paper. And in WILL they named in my brother's name. Can I or my wife or my children claim individual right on it. Please advise. I am Jain Hindu by religion.

Dear Client,
You , your wife and children do not have any right in the property acquired by your parents from their own earnings, you and your children will only any right if its a ancestral property or has been acquired from the income of the ancestral property.
