If the property in question is her ancestral property then she has a right of equal share to it and it cannot be taken away from her under any circumstances. If her brother is a lawyer then you need to meticulously plan your legal strategy and then start acting very fast. You planning will depend upon several factors such as whether the property is agricultural, residential or commercial; whether it is located inside Nagar Nigam or outside its bounds.

Just hire an honest lawyer and you will win without any problems.

In reference to the query raised by you, I would like to opine that as the property is inherited by your chachi' s father, hence she can claim equal rights with her brother and 3 other sisters in equal proportion. Lastly law is equal for everyone irrespective of his stature...Go ahead. Thanks
