What all documents are required to be submitted by the builder to obtain IOD from municipal authorities? Could you please provide a list of these documents. Is NOC from the society specifically required by the builder to obtain IOD from municipal authorities? Approximately how much time does it takes to obtain IOD from municipal authorities?
Documents Required: Record of Rights (ROR) relating to ownership, 3-copies of plan of the completed building, evidence to the effect of all public utility services, and in particular, sewerage, drainage, water supply, and electricity have been linked to the main public utility system and no objection certificate from Fire Prevention Officer.
