What action can I take if false property case filed against me

Hmara property ko leker 2 year s case chal raha h sabhi Peper bhi hmari name per h lekin phir bhi solve nhi ho raha wo log hmara ghar nhi chod rahey h jhutha case kar rakhey h
Since it also appears to be a case of forceful occupation of your house and you claim to have all the documents to establish your ownership over the said house, you can take recourse to the provisions of specific relief act. The other option could also be that taking into account at which stage is the suit pending, you may also move the high court for a direction to dispose off the said suit in a time bound manner by establishing a prima facie case in your favour.
