We need to know how much can we get from my garndfathers property

We need to know how much % can we get from my grandfathers property as my fathers is the elder son in family and he is no more but my uncle is not allowing use to get they property. Can I get a advice or way to get it. We are Hindu open cast

if your grandfather has died intestate i.e. without making a "will", then you and your uncle is entitled to equal share in your grandfathers property i.e. 1/2 share to you and 1/2 share to your uncle. if your uncle is not allowing to use the property then you can file suit for partition wherein you can claim for several reliefs.
