We are 4 sisters how can we divide our mother's property legally ?

My mom have 4 sisters we don't have any brother 2years back my mom passed away n left behind her property .now me and my other sister are ready to sell n share the amount with all 4 of us.but my other two sisters are denying and doesn't want to sell as they say the rate is not proper according to them.so we proposed them to gave mine and my sister share and u can sell that property later when ever u want but thy are not agreed on that also seems they two want to get over the whole property .so please advice how to deal with this legally and what action can be taken for the same.

Since your mother died intestate and if it was his self acquired property then as per section 10 of Hindu Succession Act, the property will devolve to all his legal heir including daugthers.

You can file suit for partition thereby seeking your share in the property.
