Wants my share in my father's property

My father resisted a land when my big brother was 5 years old in 1973. After that two more sons including me and four daughters born. Now we all want share in that land but my big brother doesn't want to share. What should we do? Does it possible to transfer the resistry in my mom's name and the she can share that land to us?
You can file Title partition suit, for the share of of land purchased by your parents on your brothers name. It is not self accquired property. The court will decide share of land, not the your brothers.
