Want to transfer a plot on my name

I am a non Himachali .i have a plot in daramshala which I want to transfer on my name is there any possible way then guide me
Dear Querist , you have to initiate proceedings under section 118 of the hp land revenue act to get permission to transfer it in your name. However its a bit time consuming process so people use to get lease of 99 years in their name.
