Dear Sir/Madam, if you have purchased a site or land you should verified the documents along with legal opinion from the property lawyer, following documents are; Mother Deed/Parental Deed – to trace the origin of the property.

? Relevant Conveyance Deed.

? Grant Certificate, if any.

? Family Tress (if required).

? Relevant Mutation Records.

? Record of Rights.

? Survey Map.

? Village Map.

? Akarbandh, Tippani.

? Index of Land.

? NIL Tenancy Certificate.

? Conversion Order.

? Receipt for having paid conversion charges.

? Latest Tax Paid Receipt.

? Present Possession.

? Layout Plan Approved by the competent authority.

? Release of Site Order.

? Khatha Certificate issued by the competent authority.

? Encumbrance Certificate.
If you want my legal service in this regard I will do it.
