Want to know our family share in ancestral property

my father died 25yrs ago.my fathers father died 5yrs ago.when he was ill my two aunties get sign from my grandfather( who were not in touch for 15yrs and are with their grandchildrens ) when he was ill and register it without our knowledge.we come to know after my grandfathers death.Now they are creating problems to throw us out as they did when my father died. The land was bought by my fathers grandfather.my aunties get all benefits from us and now they get land share which was partially cultivated by my fathers father.we dont want to put case as it costs and time consuming.My family consists of my mom, brother and myself and recently i got married.we dont have any idea how to deal it.help us in this how to handle this and solve it.

Yes u will get ur share in the ancestral property of proportionate share with your siblings n father together divided equally. If he is not willing to give you your share you can file a suit for partition in the court of law for your share. If you are in possession you will have to fixed court fee n if you are not in possession you have to shell out advalorem court fee of your share

I do not get your point clearly. As for my understanding from the above phrases in your query i can tell you and other members of your family have rights form the property. However need to look into what kind of document was signed by your grandfather before his demise. you may seek the help of an advocate to obtain an injunction from the court if you feel you and your family members have a threat of being thrown out of your house.
