Want to gift self bought flat to daughter. What is the best way?

I own a small flat purchased by me. i want to gift it to my daughter . but gift deed can be challenged by my relatives(husband) . hence i want to sell it and make sale deed but for VERY SMALL PRICE. The price mentioned in agreement may or may not be paid by My daughter later on. will such agreement and transfer of ownership challenged and face a problem to my daughter. is there any other way out.
