Want to construct a new boundary wall neighbor not allowing

I had old building I want to but it but a person who is side to me is saying not to built because we have combined wall. I have said that I built a new wall and I don't want combined wall and I leave it to u. But he is not accepting I have all documents he is making more problems how can I approach the court
Not sure on why your neighbour is creating trouble.
Building a compound wall on your property is your right.
i suggest you check the documents for any easement rights(right to passage etc).
Or you can refer the issue to lok adalat and ask them to resolve the issue. A normal court proceeding will be time consuming and get your property marked as litigation property in your neighbourhood. hence lok adalat is the safest, fastest and cheapest mode to resolve this issue in pre-litigation stage itself.
