Want to change name will it be problem in future to inherit property

Hello. I want to change my name. If I do so, will it be problematic for me ahead in my life when I inherit family property and wealth with heirship certificate?
To transfer the property in to your name you can do
agreement to sell
sale deed or take gift from owner or take release deed from the owner it depend up on the kind of property do u want to transfer.
Most important thing you must pay stamp duty and registration charges to the state government.
If you share details of the property then it would be easy to guide you properly.
