Want to buy a property in 3rd party name and then buy from him

i want to buy a flat. i will give money to my friend to buy it in his name and then buy it from him. it would be a 3rd party transaction. should i go ahead with this. can my friend not sell the property to me once the registration is done in his name
We do not suggest this transaction because once the property is in your friends name then it is own free Will whether he intends to sell you back or not.
