Want property in Delhi to be mutated in my name I stay in hyderabad

My Father , Mother & Sister are all dead . Though i stay permanently in hyderabad , i want my property in Delhi to be mutated in my name .Where do i apply for sucession certficate - Hyderbad or Delhi ?
As the property is situated at Delhi you need to file successsion at Delhi. You need to file the petition for succession before the District court with in whose territorial jurisdiction. The prpoerty is situated.

You have to file a case were the property is as you said it is in delhi then you have to approach their and file a suit for succession and pay the necessary court fee and charges for appointment of advocate.
