Want part in ancestral property how to proceed

We are 3 brothers.But other 2 brothers are sharing (not documented) our ancestral property. Due to stay in other country, I do not have any documents. I want to settle in my native place. How do i get my share.
If your brothers are not agreeing to give you your legitimate share in the property, you may file a partition suit seeking partition and separate possession of the property in question. For documents, you may get the certified registration copy of the document from the registrar's office.

You can obtain details through RTI. It is suggested to send a legal notice for partition of the property. If they didnot come forward for partition, you can approach court for the same. You are entitled to mesne profits (income derived from the property), too.
