Verbal contract for property share is valid or not

Sir/madam I bought a property with 2 friends who r now denying my share and plan to sell the property. We verbally agreed to equal shares on selling and i had put exact money in his account through managers cheque . Kimdly advice

Without a written agreement you can not claim the share in the property. If you have given money to them , you can claim it by filing a recovery suit. You can not compel your friends to share a property until and unless you have the Nam in the sale deed or other property papers. Revert me . All the best.

Sir, if the money paid by you reflects in your account and your friends account who in turn paid for the property from his own account or if the payment was made directly from your account to the seller you have a good chance of succeeding. The exact modalities for the necessary action will require a personal audience

yes, an oral contract is enforceable against the other parties. however, this will be a long process as you will have to file a case for specific enforcement/performance of the oral contract. the transfer of money will serve as evidence.
