Question: Hello sir, my dad was retired army, and he bought 2 tractors. One tractor is registered on my dads name and another one registered on my uncles son name. After 2 years of business. My brother in law filed a case on my dad. As One of the tractor is belongs to him. But both tractors are bought my dad and we have paying by check from my dads account. And we have proofs. Give me solution sir. My Brother in law from odisa and we are from andhra border. .

You cannot claim back Tractor. Though your father paid the money, but it was purchased in the name of your brother in law. But you can claim recovery of the money which you paid for the tractor along with interest.

as per the benamei prohibition nact,if any property purchased in otter's name,he will become absolute owner.But some exemptions are fixed in the act.you can claim as baname act and you can take shelter under exemption.
