I was holding ancestral property jointly with my mother,after father having given the demanded share to my brother.my mother was with me for last couple of years and expired at my house. Which is in outstation.ow before I could exercise my right,my brother with the help of family tree,and death certificate,got his name in RTC.ow how I get RTC change in my name
It appears that there was no partition in your family. That your father gave a demanded share to your brother may not have been shown as a partition in any document,a and a partition should be for all properties at once.

Sir, As per my understanding, You need to reverse the mutation extract process was followed by your brother by filing application with revenue department. You may approach property lawyer in your location.
