Using property from 60 years can we get electricity bill in our name

we made house 2 Year before, we were using that property for agriculture from last 50-60 Years.. but in the papers someone else is owner of that property.. now he is staying our Light connection in home on that property. so what can we do

since you have been using the land as agricultural land, ,meaning thereby that the land in nature is of agricultural type and you have raised residential construction on the said premises. you would be required to see the revenue record to verify as to whose name has been recorded in it. since you are saying that in papers, that person is the owner of the property, in such circumstances, the best defence available to you is the theory of adverse possession. this theory signifies that if you have been living since a long period of time, your title cannot be easily interferred with. you can register complaint in the nearby police station, explaining the problem. moreover, if the problem becomes severe and he tries to evict you, you can very well file a civil suit for injunction to claim yourself to be the legal and valid owner of the said property because he is causing disturbance in the peaceful possession of yours which you have been enjoying since 60 years.
