Unmarried muslim women father gifted his house to me sister claims

I am a 43 year old unmarried muslim woman. My father gifted deed his house earned solely by him to me in 2015. my father as another daughter from his late wife( first wife) who ran away from house at age of 18. now she is 44 years married. we never had contact with here so far. Can she claim share in house . My father is completely paralysed . i take care of him. she never looked after him and torturing along with her husband my father.
