Unmarried girl rights in fathers property

If father has two children one daughter and one son, and if father has mentioned in City survey office in 1990 that his property goes to his son in future and has not Registered it,then does his daughter have rights in that property or no.Though the daughter is unmarried. As per the Hindu property Act.Religion : Hindu caste Maratha.Please reply. Thank you, Regards,

She has a unmarried and if father gives to son, same equally right having daughter also. But here this is father property, property giving right having father only , whenever transfer the property with consent of the daughter.

DEAR MADAM,
your question is incomplete as, 1) you have not mentioned whether that property self acquired or ancestral property of your father, but in survey officer your father cont transferred any property. unmarried girl has right over ancestral property, you can claim by filing suit against your brother.

The daughter will have a definite right in father's property if:-
(1) The property is ancestral.
(2) Brother father and daughter were alive in Nov 2005.
(3) If the above two conditions are met then the 1990 declaration has no value.
