Dear Sir/Madam,
It appears that the property in question is an ancestral property which should have devolve d on your father and your uncle. It seems that the talathi has wrongly recorded only the name of your uncle in 7/12 extracts and has not recorded the name of your father who was also a legal heir. if you are a Hindu,You will have to obtain succession certificate from the appropriate civil court that you are the legal heirs of your father and will accordingly have to make an application to talathi for entering your names on the 7/12 extract.

You can make appeal to circle office for cancellation of the fraud entry in 7/12 extract. since while entering the name in record of right your father written consent is not taken by your uncle. Regards.
