Uncle trying to take possession of undivided land what can I do

My uncle sold his 1/3 share to outsiders and he file partition case in tehsil office. Before decision from authorities he forcefully cuting the grass and plant the tree in land where he want. In my hometown only ladies are staying. How can I stop him for doing this legally. Any options here to me as owner of 1/6 share of that land to recover our accensal land share from those purchaser. He use his power as well as money status. And forcefully use the land as & where he want. This land not yet demarcated. What can I do. Pls help me
Dear Querist , File suit for injunction aongwith application U/O 39 rue 1 and 2 cpcp seeking interim orders of status qua nature and posession. after getting orders from the court your unce idint stop doing his ilegal acts than file contempt proceedings and seel police help from the court to stop your uncle.
