07-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Younger brother of my father trying to sale of land which is on joint names of three brothers and two sisters. Can he sale it with two sisters but without permition of my father.
In case of joint property, your uncle cannot sell the property without the permission of your father; all the co owners will have equal right over the property. You can get a stay order from the court for such sale.
