Uncle not willing to sell grandfather's property what can I do

Dear sir/madam,my question is my father is 3 brothers and 3sisters ok.and my grandfather and mother is dead so i ask my uncle sell his property but my family is not intresting because his 5 grils and no son,his written sell letter in the tehsil so pls tell me rejected about the letter which type of legal form
You can file a suit for partition and then you can sale your share as your wish. It is not possible to compel all the uncles to force to sale the land. Please consult personally with all the documents you have for further advice.

Ur Father have 3brother and 3 and ur grandfather's have dead ,if ur grandfather's did not make will then ur father have 1/6 part rights on ur grandfather's property and as per Hindu law u can sell u
