Hi,
In order to prove that the will is genuine or fraud, the will needs to be probated in the court and proven.
You can also approach the court and challenge the will and prove that the will is a forged/fraudulent one.

SIR,
1) you are saying that your uncles made the will without intimation to you. are you having any evidence to prove that issue.
2) if your grand father made a registered will and transfers all his assets to his sons he can do that with those properties which are in his name.
3) you are living in a house which was purchased by your father out of his business income or self acquired, but on whose name he purchased the house.
4) if he purchased on his own name you contest the case by showing all the evidence to the court.
