Uncle fraudulently forged signature & transferred property to himself

A relative (wife of maternal uncle) has been occupying ancestral property after maternal uncle fraudulently forged signatures of other brothers and sisters (and my mother) who already had a house by the time the new ancestral property was built in place of original ancestral property as it had collapsed killing the grandmother. The local government built a new building after 12 years but by then the maternal uncle fraudulently transferred the property to his name and moved immediately once the new home was built. He had three children and he is now dead. His wife, our relative is the widow living with all three grown up children. But, the tragedy is that other brothers and sisters families have been sacrificing and not having good life all these years Asmara they lived in a bedsit with shared toilet for more than 30 years. They found out about the forgery much later. Can the law now help the children of these brothers and sisters to claim this ancestral property?
