Uncle forged father's signature how to prove it wrong
12-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father's younger brother forged the property papers of our house in which we are currently living from last 30 years. The legal owner of this house was my grandmother who passed away without transferring the ownership of the house. So my uncle forged my father's signature stating that my father doesn't have any objection if that house is transferred to my uncle. What are the legal consequences of this forgery and how we can deal with this situation?
This is not a television show of cid in which you can prove it in a one or two episode however you can go for a civil suit for the same there is also provision of imprisonment for your uncle in case of such frod.for more clarification need to go through documents
File the suit fir declaration and permanent injunction before the civil court thereby challenging the documents pertaining to the property if got registered and also file a complaint before the concerned police station for the offence committed by your paternal uncle under section 420, 467 & 468 of IPC
