It is almost impossible now to assert your rights on the property if you cannot prove in the Court that your father was the person who had also given his monetary contribution.

But even in that case if you prove contribution of your father, but the property is duly registered in your uncle's name, then legally you can only recover money which he had contributed.

What was the mutual understanding between your father and your uncle at the time of constructing the property, and if it is mentioned anywhere in writing, will matter.

You are saying that your house belongs to your uncle, but your father invest in the property for construction over the property means the house has been constructed by your father, my advise for you that if at the time of construction there was understanding between your father and your uncle that house will be use by both of them by your father and your uncle then you can stay in the house, even otherwise also if there is no understanding just like I mentioned above you have right to stay in the house becouse your father invest his personal money in the property and you can devlop such tipe story for the benefits of your father and to protect the right of your father.

My advise for you that you file the suit for permanent injunction that your uncle kindly be directed not to be force to leave the house and without due process of law wiil not be dispossessed.
