Hello sir
If your uncle is divorced then first get the certified copy of the divorce case from court . In that case obviously at that time she admitted that from that marriage there was no child and so.how this is possible that after divorce she had a child whose father is ur uncle as they had already separated.
In this case you have to prove that the daughter who had claim share is not your uncle daughter and the previous divorced case papers and evidence help u a lot. So get them from court and contest the case . U will definitely win

First of all its very important to know what was the status of the child when your uncle took divorce, while settlement as final alimony did they settled what the child will get if yes, then at that time your uncle raised this question that the child is not his child, If you can provide me the copy of decree of divorce, then I can suggest you further right now I have half information.
