Uncle blocking even path to our house what legal action can we take?

We had partition with our uncle in our ancestral property in 1993 in which we decided to give 4 feet path to my plot as my plot was in back. Its in written. I build my house in 2001. Since then my uncle's son is not allowing us to build drainage and now he is blocking even path to my home. He is saying I will not give that path which we decided during partition. What can I do for fast legal remedy ?
