Uncle and aunty asking for more then 50% share in property

My grandfather having two sons & two daughters. he was expired on sep 2015 but He was not wrote any of the will to anyone, 2002 my grandmother was expired after that my uncle (my father brother) came to srikakulam &living with grandfather, he was not wrote any of the property to any one name my uncle asking 50% share my aunts asking 25% share i don't have money to pay lawyers to flight with them

both the sons and daughters will have equal share in property. it is unreasonable on your uncle and aunty to ask for greater share.
as far as you are concerned, my advise is that depending on value of property, you should keep atleast 0.5% to 1% to pay court fees in case you are filing the case and another 5 % of value of property as legal fees (legal fees can be paid in instalments). lawyers are not shylocks to demand monies like money lenders and it is a lawyer's oath to support clients in their rights.
