Unauthorized construction of property next to my house

My house is on d corner or town and then the village starts. There should be a gap in between village and town property if I am right but one person made unauthorized house right next to my house like my gate and his gate is almost opens in front of each other. What legal actions can I take against him if he has registry also for that unauthorized property but now he is expanding and trying to cover 5 feet gap remaining in between mine and his house.
Write a complaint to huda or municipal corportaion about it and if that doesn't ripe fruits in your favour then file a complaint in the district court....but draft your complaint completely telling everything...
