Two houses captured by younger brother which purchased by my father.
14-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I resides in another town for job.after death of my father in dec 2005,my younger brother captured two houses purchased by my father from his business profit.he(brother) also transferred proprietor name of my father to own name one year before death of my father.so ultimately he also captured all cashs & ornaments of my father's jewellery shop. My mother is alive, resides in village in old houses and unable to help me due to dominancy of my brother. How I will get my share. No help by society due to bad nature of my brother.
You can seek for partition of the father's property and claim your share in it. But the property transferred in your mother's name cannot be shared as of now. Your mother is the absolute owner of the property now and she can use or dispose off the said property at her will.
