Hi, We feel cheated by Sahara City homes Nagpur as its been 4yrs that the possesion of the flat hasnt been handed over and comstiction is stalled. We have filed case state consumer forum. We have formed an association of aggrieved customers. Can we move supreme court to protect our interest while Subrata Roys properties are getting auctioned? What should be our course of action? Please guide.
An Appeal from the order of the District Forum lies to the State Commission, against the order of the State Commission to the National Commission and against the order of the National Commission to the Supreme Court.
All appeals are to b filed within 30 days of the order appealed against and are to be accompanied by a certified copy of the order.
