Transfer of property from my grandfather to my father directly

HI, My grandfather died 2 months back and my grand mother is alive. Then how to transfer my grandfather properties directly to my father and his brother equally(my father has 3 sisters and one brother all are married). Please tell me the procedure to do the same. Regards, kranthi
First, your father has to get the Death Certificate of your G.Father, from the municipal corporation / applicable authorities.
Then give an application to the concern department for the same.
Some of the department, act on the basis of the said application and the D. Certificate, some require, I.Bond, and declaration that your father is the only surviving legal hears.
Some require, Succession Certificate, which this regard, which can be obtain by filing civil suit in the applicable court of jurisdiction.
