19-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Team , Actually there is one property which is locate in Delhi location my grandfather name , my grand father was died in 2007 . he was write down all his property on my father name . my grand mother and my grand father was staying with us . and then my father elder rother claim that property for partition . Now the evidence has done coat has already recorded there words . we want to know that how much time it will take more for complete and is this in our favor .
Without looking into the details, it is difficult to predict the time needed to wind up the Court proceedings. If you could share the copy of the plaint filed by your uncle, I'll be able to share some insight. Going by your statement "Now the evidence has done coat has already recorded there words ", you already have an advocate with you...what does your advocate say?
Do let me know if you don't have an advocate, I can look into your matter.
Warm regards,

This property was in your grandfather's name which is located in Delhi and your father's elder brother now claiming his share in this property however before his death your grand father had made a will of the entire property in your father's name along with this your grandfather and grandmother were also living with your family. Now the partition suit by your father's elder is pending in the court and as per your version evidence has been recorded in the case so now the case is towards its finality and the only thing which is to be done in court is the final arguments on behalf of both the parties. However there is not specified time period mentioned for the closure of the case but there are strict directions for the court after the closing of evidences that the court must hear the case speedily and dispose it off.
